At Al Thbia Sweets and Restaurants, we value transparency and strive to ensure that your payment process is smooth, secure, and clearly communicated. This Payment Confirmation Policy explains how we confirm and process payments made through our website, over the phone, or in person.
Payment Confirmation
- Online Orders:Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
- In-Store Purchases: A printed receipt will be provided at the time of payment as confirmation.

Failed or Pending Payments
If your payment fails or remains pending, our team will contact you to assist with re-processing or to provide alternative payment options. Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation is received.
Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is identified, we will initiate a refund within 7 business days through the original payment method.
